Great Cookbook! By  Amazon Review  I ordered this initally for my Dad who is diabetic.. as a Christmas gift. But- upon receiving it, I flipped through and realized that I could stand to loose a few lbs. So I began following Phase one recipes in this book, and decided to keep it for myself! I ordered my dad another copy, and cant wait to give it to him. I cant wait to try the Creme Brulee (phase II.. not there yet!)
